/etc/securetty is a conffile distributed with a fixed set of ttys
considered secure in common situations. Tty used by X11 are listed until
3(.1), but in case of multi-users, multi-screens, ... this can be too
limited, which can result in user denied to login with passwordless
accounts. User should complete this list if they reach this limitation.
In the long term, /etc/securetty could support regular
expressions, but the compatibility with pam_securetty or pam_unix
nullok_secure needs to be considered.

Patch welcome.

Best Regards,
