I disagree strongly with that.  If anything, the likes of bytemark,
ubc-ece, man-da should be on top, followed by eaton, 1&1, dg-i, etc.

There also should be some aging process.  If you don't want to sort by
"value", at least sort by age.  With 2013 at the top.
