dbus-daemon, and possibly other processes using libdbus, can be put into
an infinite busy-loop by receiving EINTR from a waitpid() call while
spawning a subprocess. Filing this as 'important' for now since it seems
to be somewhat rare, but I might bump it up to 'serious' if it's common.
