FTR: you didn't have to add --no-ext-rename - multiarch paths are
already ignored by dh_python{2,3} - I tested it with gedit.
I added --no-ext-rename for cases where dh_python* doesn't do the right
thing. Adding it doesn't do any harm if you don't provide any public
extensions, though.
