Hm... I just did `sudo apt-get install gnome-control-center/unstable` logged out and then back in and the control center still has no mention of sharing preferences.
I also get the following version: % gnome-control-center --version gnome-control-center 3.4.3.1 When it seem that at least 3.7.3 is necessary... I guess I will try to install from experimental.
