It is true that Wireshark can be built using Qt but in 1.10.x the Qt interface is lacking a lot of features present with the GTK UI. The next major version is expected to be feature complete with Qt, too, and I will enable building the Qt GUI then. Regarding GTK I have no plans for providing GTK2 builds again. GTK2 development is discontinued and if you find any regression in the GTK3 interface please report it. Thanks, Balint
