Hi, the bug you are commenting on is unrelated to session clean resources exhaustion.
I did invent the solution to the fuser problem too deep in the wheezy development cycle, so it didn't get merged into wheezy. I'll try to speak with our release team if it could be pushed through s-p-u. Meanwhile please try the cron script and sessionclean script from testing/sid, that should fix your problem as it doesn't consume that much resources as the wheezy cron.
