Package: konqueror Version: 4:3.4.2-4 Severity: wishlist
When using localized man pages (russian (koi8-r) in my case) konqueror ignores locale settings and shows them in default encoding (utf8). It should detect locale encoding (user must switch encodings when viewing mans and there index pages).
