libreturn-value-perl has been deprecated by upstream since 2009, and has
now started to issue warnings. Its POD states:
Please do not use this library. You will just regret it later.
This bug should be reassigned to ftp.d.o once the reverse dependencies
(libemail-send-perl and libemail-send-io-perl, both with their own RM
bug) have been removed (or remove all three of them together).
