When this message occurs, any error in dmesg is displayed?

Could you get log of hcidump?

$ sudo apt-get install bluez-hcidump
$ hcidump
$ sudo hciconfig hci0 reset (other terminal)

If you have an error similar to the URL if you need a patch to the kernel.
