Actually, the main difference between lynx and w3m is that the latter
enforces a blank line between the dt/dd parts.  Other than that, differences
between margins account for the remainder of the visual effects, since
lynx/w3m both wrap the dt to make a hanging indent.

elinks wraps dt differently, does not use a hanging indent.

Perhaps the request could be rephrased to suggest that lynx provide the
blank line (which would be configurable of course).
