Package: earth3d
Version: 1.0.4-1
Severity: important

After running earth3d, I get a window loaded, and drawn, but the program
then freezes. Window updates are not performed (so anything requiring
the windows to be redrawn results in a mostly blank window).

Running 'strace earth3d' shows the freeze occurs with this:

ioctl(3, FIONREAD, [0]) = 0
