It was either 'alternatives' problem or iceweasel. For some reason iceweasel used lightspark as flash plugin, despite flash_mozilla.so alternative was set to /usr/lib/flashplugin-nonfree/libflashplayer.so. (Tried manual selection also). Removing browser-plugin-lightspark is a workaround. Bug needs to be reassigned somewhere.
