Package: emacs24
Version: 24.3+1-2
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
I use version control from Emacs.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I made a change to to a version contolled file. Pressed C-x v v to commit
the change and began the log message with an empty line.
* What was the outcome of this action?
The empty line does not show up as expected. Instead it is 2 or 3 pixels
high with a black line all the way through it.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
For the line to show up just like other empty lines or like it does once
text is added to the first line.
Best regards
/Ulrik Haugen
