This is strange. Is 2001:629:1005:30::11:80 the address we're talking 
about, or is it another one in the global configuration? Does it happen 
to be a VRRP address configured using keepalived?

(As a side-node, it would probably be better to do this modification in
/etc/default/haproxy, which is already sourced early enough, and also check
that $1 = "start" :-).
