Hi Bruno, thanks for the bug report. I've fixed it in the upstream CVS repository. The fix will be available with the next upstream version. However this might still take some time.
Please also note: The script faum does not use an absolute path to call fauhdlc (and check for fauhdlc). In the end, an incompatible version of fauhdlc in $PATH might also cause problems.
