Freeradius only rotates the main logfile. Other logfiles (present in the configfiles shipped by Debian) are not rotated and can grow quite fast, especially files in the /var/log/freeradius/radacct/ directory.
Also, these logfiles in /var/log/freeradius/radacct/ are created with the date in the filename which makes logrotating harder.
