According to the version tracker in bugs.debian.org, this bug is still unfixed in testing and unstable, as version 3.21.4 was never available in Debian. This will cause the package to be removed from testing in two days, according to <URL: http://udd.debian.org/cgi-bin/autoremovals.cgi >.
