I've not been able to upload pymsnt since the permissions changes described at <https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2012/09/msg00008.html>, and I've not been able to get in contact with my usual sponsor to get them applied. Can you make the necessary change?

If you'd prefer not to do that, would you sponsor an upload that fixes
this bug?
