Yeah, there's no ConsoleKit-related changes in this update, so it looks
normal that it doesn't change anything.
I'm honestly lost on this, I can't reproduce your issue and I'm out of
ideas, so you (and other people experiencing it) will have to
investigate yourself.

Hi, After edited /etc/X11/Xsession.d/90consolekit, then the
reboot/shutdown button work again.
(but the hang/delay problem is still here)
change $GDMSESSION to $GDMSESSION_IS_NOT_Z
and $XDG_SESSION to $XDG_SESSION_IS_NOT_Z
