Hi Alexander, It is actually reproductible. Just do a apt-get purge asciidoc then install the package using dpkg -i then ls /etc/vim/syntax/asciidoc.vim and it is not there on my pc. It will still be here if you upgrade, but not if you install from scratch. It is contained in the package but no rule to install it so it do not install (on my pc).
