To all, The crashes don't even happen under heavy load. If you have few clients (2 or above), apache will crash quite often. A temporary work around is to use apache2-mpm-prefork instead of apache2-mpm-worker. The problem is still happening with the latest version of debian (7.2)
Also, someone should close #720384 as it seems to be a duplicate of this bug. Thank you.
