You could do DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS="nocheck" instead. Any ideas? What command do you use to build it? 2.8-1 and 2.8-2 build fine on my machine and on the buildds, the only current failure are a couple of timeouts in the testsuite in mips. Cheers, Javi
