So I checked policy again because I wanted to know exactly what it says. I am
not sure purging mysql-server-$version should remove the databases. Policy
mentions that configuration files and logs should be removed on purge but I
could not find anything else by searching for purge. Beside, section 6.8 about
the datails of how the purge script is called is explicitely named "Details of
removal and/or *configuration* purging". Therefore I am not sure
/var/spool/dspam should be removed, especially this folder contain data
collected by dspam to take decisions. It is thus really akin the mysql example
cited above.

What do you think about it?

Agreed for /var/log/dspam at least. I'm really not sure for /var/spool/dspam.
