Hi, according to the download page http://public.kitware.com/IGSTKWIKI/index.php/How_to_build_IGSTK the library is at version 5.2. It also seems that the debian/get-orig-source script needs to be adapted since the software is now maintained in Git http://igstk.org/gitweb?p=IGSTK.git;a=summary (while the get-orig-source script tries to fetch from CVS).
