Hello, I just discovered that the kde-telepathy-desktop-applets package was not installed on my system due to the missing dependency. After searching for a bug report, I found this one here that exactly describes the problem I discovered. The plasma-runner-telepathy-contact package is already available in testing so that, as far as I can see, the missing dependency can be added now.
