Here,

The first argument supplied is the name of the ZIP archive to create or
-o in which case it is ignored and the second argument treated as the
name of the ZIP file. If the ZIP file already exists it will be over-
written.
Please use a more familiar sentence than "...ignored...".
Maybe say
minizip zipfile memberfile...
minizip -o zipfile memberfile...
And mention if -o means output or overwrite. Experiment shows the latter.
Anyway, no -o: you will be asked if file exists. -o: no asking.
Say this clearly on the man page.
