I've been looking at this with gcc 4.8, and as far as I can determine libmudflap isn't supported on Windows targets (at least configure.ac doesn't know what the entry point symbol is on Windows). Do you know how to set this up? Alternatively there are a number of other tools you could use, although I imagine you already know about them: see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/413477/is-there-a-good-valgrind-substitute-for-windows for a list of suggestions.
