severity 720968 normal thanks Testing has Iceweasel 17, and unstable has Iceweasel 24. I don't think it makes sense to block migration to testing over this intentional behavior change, which seems unlikely to be reverted. Dropping severity; I'll leave it to the maintainer to decide whether to wontfix it.
