The question remains why the file system size and the physical size differed in the first place. I can't imagine what I could have done wrong when creating this file system to get such a difference (but my imagination is not always enough, as you have seen). Anyway, even if there was a bug once (I created it in September 2009) it does not occur anymore, as my tests lead to the same results as yours. Thanks again for your great work! Kind regards Patrick
