Bug#731724: fontconfig-config: misplaced /etc/fonts.conf.d/11-lcdfilter-default.conf (probably a typo)

I found the typo, it's in the fontconfig-config.links file, inside
fontconfig_2.11.0-2.debian.tar.gz
That file has been created in the last revision of fontconfig to fix bugs
#638262 and #605574 (as indicated in the changelog).
