I think the root cause for your bug would be the same what Raphael

I got this error this morning as well but it's apparently a case of
mismatch between the modules loaded in the kernel and virtualbox itself.
A reboot was enough to fix the problem (provided that the latest version
of modules are auto-built by DKMS as expected).

I think this bug can be closed.
