Dear Maintainer,

fontforge is typically used to generate and process fonts at buildtime,
the output that is produced by fontforge under such conditions is
platform independant. There are packages that build-depend on fontforge,
and thus to enable cross-compilation of those, it would help to mark
fontforge / fontforge-nox packages as Multi-Arch: foreign, similar to
other build-tools, e.g. automake, autoconf, et. al.

Something like below patch should be sufficient:
