I don't know either (I actually wasn't aware of codeblocks' translations being hosted on launchpad prior to this bug report). What I was trying to imply with my last email was that this is an upstream issue and should be filed as an upstream bug report and fixed upstream (i.e. by including these translations upstream if not already done).
