Your package has a dependency on libxp6, but only for the i386 architecture. It seems that the package links libxp6 when libxp-dev is installed, which is why the dependency is present in your uploaded package but not in the buildd's packages. I believe that a binNMU will solve the problem for kterm, but the cause of the problem lies in templates from the xutils-dev package, see bug #731441 [1].
