Package: fex
Version: 20130805-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

since I installed fex, I get a message every night, that there is a new
version of fex available. This is not true. The version available at
uni-stuttgart.de has the same version number as the debian package.

Checking the code, I discovered, that the problem is a missing
directory $HOME/doc. With the following two commands I could solve the
problem on my system:

mkdir /usr/share/fex/doc
chown fex:fex /usr/share/fex/doc

I get the message one more time, and then everything was fine.

It seems to me, that this directory should get created automatically on
installation of the fex package.
