Control: severity -1 important Seconded, please update to this version ASAP. I have been bitten by this bug, which is fixed in 2.5.2:
- Improving the display of some broken TrueType fonts introduced a bug that made FreeType crash on some popular (but not fully conformant) fonts like `ahronbd.ttf'. I had ahronbd.ttf in my ~/.fonts directory and libfreetype instantly charshed when starting a new gnome-session, taking gnome-session-daemon and others with it, rendering the whole graphical session defect. This makes it possible to sabotage someone else's system by silently dropping that font file in their $HOME directory. - Fabian -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
