Note that there is #328123 open against msmtp asking for it to provide
mail-transport-agent. My current take on this bug is the following: I
prefer not to touch mutt's Depends line until that bug in msmtp gets
resolved: if msmtp ends up providing: m-t-a, this bug will be solved,
and if the maintainer determines msmtp can't provide m-t-a, I will add
"| msmtp" to mutt's Depend line.
Does this sound reasonable to you? In the meantime, you can use equivs
to create a dummy mail-transport-agent package.
