Unfortunately this is slightly more severe than previously identified. The previously-linked logs show this:

Caching will appear to work, except that the cache will grow and grow until there's no more free space on the partition. Now suppose you have your fastcgi temp dir and fastcgi cache dir on the same partition, as recommended by upstream.
