The requirement for openssh-server makes it impossible to use dropbear with gitolite3. The original removal of ssh-server was due to bug report #604524, as stated in changelog of gitolite 2.0-1. But since 0.53, dropbear also set the environment variable SSH_ORIGINAL_COMMAND. Therefore, if there is no other reason to only support openssh-server, I guess the openssh-server dependency should be replaced by ssh-server.
