Hello, I hope this message arrives correctly since I unfortunately still have my old address in use for 'reportbug' and try to reply via my mail client now.
Going to the properties for each chatroom and checking the box that says to stay in the room after the window got closed does the trick. Still, I feel kinda uncomfortable with this as XCHAT and also yaaic (just tested on my mobile) don't show that behavior known from Pidgin.
