Hi, Please go ahead and adopt libdbi and libdbi-drivers. Since these 2 packages are high in the popcon, it is important that the work is done well, with care, taking enough time to do so. I did fill a RFA for that reason: I don't have time to maintain it correctly (I already maintain too many packages in Debian). If you adopt it and put it in the git of collab-maint, then great!
