Package: src:linux
Version: 3.12.6-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

since some version of kernel I need to remove mei_me module.

This module is loaded at boot time and spam the dmesg with

mei_me 0000:00:03.0: reset: connect/disconnect timeout.
mei_me 0000:00:03.0: unexpected reset: dev_state = RESETTING

This happen every 5 seconds.

I thinks this module should be patched to abort if there is a failure after x
retries.

Regards,

Matthieu
