Folks at Mandriva als noticed this bug [1] and also reported it upstream
[2].
Maybe the maintainer can make a reference to this Debian bug report
upstream as well. Or at least acknowledge the bug :) (IMO it's a pretty
severe bug, as this functionality is very often used.)
