the package ocaml-mingw-w64-x86-64 is build on any-amd64 only, however
ocaml-mingw-w64 depends on

ocaml-mingw-w64-i686,
ocaml-mingw-w64-x86-64
it's my understanding that ocaml-mingw-w64 is uninstallable, and it's the reason
that the package doesn't migrate to testing.
