Ok, then the bug is no bug as this behaviour is described in the
documentation. However, it could be considered as undesired behaviour
that backup files aren't excluded. I leave it up to you to either close
this bug with an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or to retitle it
with severity wishlist, "please ignore backup files (*~) in makedat".
