Hi! I accidentally sent my response to a wrong bug: with official kernels from experimental (thanks for the kbuild!), the module builds but fails to load just as well, unless patched.
As for the second problem Maurizio reported: I got no EFI system, nor a relevant laptop, so I can't reproduce.
