$ dpkg -c galette_0.7.6.1-2_all.deb |grep cookie lrwxrwxrwx root/root 0 2013-11-05 10:03 ./usr/share/galette/includes/jquery/jquery.cookie.js -> ../../../javascript/jquery-cookie/jquery.cookie.js So there's no bug here regarding jquery-cookie. And galette has a dependency on "libjs-jquery-cookie (>= 8)" so you have to use the epoch. There might be other local packages with similar dependencies that you should not ignore.
