I think the "radeon.audio" kernel option is for open source driver only. Have you tried with more recent fglrx version ? Catalyst 13.9 is supposed to add some improvements for hdmi audio. Are you using a non-AMD DVI-to-HDMI adapter ? I think I read something on phoronix about HDMI audio troubles when not using the provided DVI-to-HDMI adapter. -- Vincent Alquier [email protected]
