I had a wrong understanding of how the libdotconf transition would take place
and therefore I supplied wrong information. I just saw that your package was a
blocker for this transition.

libdotconf0 is already in experimental. You could prepare the upload with this
version.

Thank you for pointing that out. I never used dh_shlibdeps before, so if you
have time and know how to handle this, I would be very glad if you could prepare
a new package version with this fix.
